Nestlé Toll House Café Opens In Avon

AVON, CT — Cookie lovers will be heading to Avon as Nestlé Toll House Café By Chip opened in Nod Brook Plaza on Friday. The café will have a grand opening from 2 to 3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20th with a sweepstakes including delicious prizes. They will also be offering a dozen cookies for $5.

The bakery will offer cookie cakes, a variety of cookie flavors, brownies, ice cream, coffee, and more.

"Our goal is to create an environment where people can relax, take a deep breath and enjoy a fresh cup of coffee together," CEO Ziad Dalas said in a statement.

For the grand opening, Nestle Toll House Café has partnered with Gifts of Love to support The Weekend Food Backpack Program. You can help support the cause by bringing a non-perishable food item, a bag of clothing, or by giving a small donation in support of Gifts of Love Basic Needs Program.

The café is located at 315 W. Main Street and is open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
