New Lane Designations For Avon Road
A local road's lanes are being shifted to accommodate traffic.

AVON, CT - Effective November 29, 2018, the lanes on the east bound side of Country Club Road at the intersection of West Avon Road have been repainted to designate a dedicated left turn lane and a right/straight lane. These lane designations replace an existing left/straight lane and dedicated right turn lane.
These new lane designations are the result of a traffic study that assessed the intersection and recommended improvements that would provide for better traffic flow and driver safety.
