AVON, CT — Spring sports practice is in full swing, scrimmage games have begun and the regular season is just around the corner for Avon High School squads. Here are the scheduled dates, times and opponents for each team's regular season opening contest.

• ultimate Frisbee - 4/2 vs. Granby, 3:30 p.m.
• baseball - 4/2 at Simsbury, 3:45 p.m.
• softball - 4/2 vs. Simsbury, 3:45 p.m.
• boys golf - 4/3 at Simsbury, 3 p.m.
• girls tennis - 4/3 at Tolland, 3:45 p.m.
• track and field - 4/3 vs. Southington, 3:45 p.m.
• boys lacrosse - 4/3 vs. Berlin, 4 p.m.
• boys tennis - 4/5 vs. Middletown, 3:45 p.m.
• girls lacrosse - 4/5 vs. Rocky Hill, 4 p.m.
• girls golf - 4/16 vs. New Britain, 3 p.m.
