Town Of Avon: Cooling Center For Avon Residents

Due to the forecasted high temeratures and humidity that will continue through mid-week, the Town is designating the Avon Senior Center as a Cooling Center which will be available for residents to seek relief from the heat.  The Avon Senior Center is located at 635 West Avon Road and staff can be reached at (860) 675-4355 with any questions. The Cooling Center will be open Monday, June 7th through Wednesday, June 9th from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Please note that use of a protective face covering continues to be required when entering any Town facility and continue to social distance whenever possible.  We appreciate your understanding.  Thank you.
