Bethel Gym for Sale for $2.2 Million

The building that houses Sportsplex, a fitness club in the Stony Hill commercial district, was listed for sale by Goodfellow Commercial Real Estate for $2.2 million, according to the News Times.

The building has been used as a fitness club for nearly two decades, previously under the name Stony Hill Athletic Club (SHAC). The 24,000-square-foot building is zoned for retail, medical, restaurant, office, day care and financial uses.
