Bethel Police Seek Public's Help Tracking Down Hit-And-Run Driver
The evading driver was behind the wheel of a "light green 2017 or 2018 Subaru Forester that included some chrome accent trim" the PD said.
BETHEL, CT — The Bethel Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in their investigation of a hit-and-run earlier in the month.
Around 7:35 p.m. on Oct. 4, police responded to a crash on Greenwood Avenue near the intersection with Seeley Street.
The accident involved a "light green 2017 or 2018 Subaru Forester that included some chrome accent trim" rear-ending another vehicle while travelling westbound. The driver then fled the scene, according to police.

Police expect the Forester to have sustained "significant damage to its front end, concentrated more heavily on its passenger side."
