Bethel Public Library Art Exhibits Through the New Year

The Bethel Public Library welcomes everyone to come in and enjoy the art and collectibles of several exhibitors now through early 2017.

BETHEL, CT - The Bethel Public Library welcomes everyone to come in and enjoy the art and collectibles of several exhibitors now through early 2017.

In the Main Room of the Library, visitors will appreciate the work of two talented photographers, Patricia Benham and Margi Montanaro.

In the Community Room, enjoy Kirill Sobolev’s stunning photographs of England and its landmarks.

In the first-floor display case, the upcoming holidays are celebrated with collections of Christmas ceramics and Chanukah dreidels and menorahs, courtesy of Catherine Montagano and Randi Oisher.

On the second floor, marvel at the craftsmanship of textile artist Nike Cutsumpas. Also on the second floor, rock-hounds of all ages will appreciate the “Geological Treasures” of Sara Eisenman on exhibit in the display cabinet.

All exhibit spaces generally are accessible during the Library’s hours: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 10-8; Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, 10-5; and Sundays 1-5. Artists and collectors who wish to exhibit at the Library are invited to get an application at the Reference Desk or to apply online at www.bethellibrary.org.
