Bethel Public Library Presents Travelogue of North Korea

While there have been news reports about missiles and malevolence, Dr. Gerard Brooker will talk about his mission of diplomacy to No. Korea.

From Bethel Public Library: The Bethel Public Library proudly presents “Dr. Brooker Goes to North Korea,” on Thursday July 27 at 7:00 pm. While there have been many news reports about missiles and malevolence, Dr. Gerard Brooker will talk about his mission of diplomacy to North Korea. In this presentation, Dr. Brooker, popular local writer and globe-trekking humanitarian, will share his personal photographs and stories of a land many Westerners will never visit themselves. The program is free and geared toward adults and young adults.
