  • How did you come up with the name?
  • Easy! It describes the business simply.

Why start a business in this town?

  • I have lived in Bethel for many years. I left for short time but always felt this is my home and the right place to grow roots and raise my family so I came back to live and work and make this my community.

What business are you in?

  • I am in the beauty industry. I am a master hair colorist and hairstylist for 24 years and counting. I work in my own private salon studio suite. People love it.

What’s the most difficult challenge you’ve faced as business owner?

  • As an owner, and only employee, I must do everything for myself — keeping track of inventory was the hardest. I needed a system. It was challenging at first but I managed to iron out the wrinkles.

What’s been your proudest achievement since opening?

  • When my loyal clients tell me how talented I am and I should have done this a long time ago. They were right! and I never look back.

How does your business give back to the community?

  • Oh, lots of ways. Here are a few. I will volunteer my time for any event locally, I donate ponytails to Pantene, and I like to help out at charities that go on in town by making people look pretty for their night out, and of course group discounts. Most importantly, I offer my regular locals incentives for their loyalty and support. Without them, I wouldn't be here today.
