So far, April has been a promising month for home sales -- six houses and condos sold in the first two days of the month, and five sold between April 3 and 5.

Unit 53, 29 Deer Run: Sold by Thomas Hantzarides to Julies Khomitch and Stephanie Concher for $229,900 on April 4.

1 Wine Sap Run: Sold by Joan and Jonathan Orris to Thomas and Jennifer Hantzarides for $445,000 on April 4.

Unit 1402, 1502 Lexington Blvd.: Sold by Robert LePome to Frank and Hallie Cirino (via National Residential Nominee Services) for $260,000 on April 4.

14 Ridgedale Road: Sold by John and Mariyln Kopp to Ellen Lindell for $335,000 on April 5.
