Steven Charles Depelteau, 45, Formerly of Bethel, Passed Away

DANBURY, CT — Steven Charles Depelteau, age 45, of Burlington, VT formerly of Bethel, CT died unexpectedly at his home on Sunday, December 11, 2016. He was born in Danbury, CT October 19, 1971, son of Patricia A. (Stankaitis) O'Neil of Bethel, CT and Ronald J. Depelteau of Geneva, FL.

Steve worked as a Chef in Burlington and more recently was Assistant Head of the seafood department at Price Chopper in Burlington. He loved the outdoors and belonged to the Queen City Pool League in Burlington for many years.

In addition to his mother and father, he is survived by his step-father: Robert O'Neil of Bethel; sister: Vicki Depelteau of Geneva, FL; nephew and niece: Shawn and Amanda as well as several cousins, aunts and uncles.Donations in Steven's memory can be made to the Emergency Department Fund at the University of Vermont Medical Center, Development/Foundation Office, Courtyard at Given 3rd Floor, 111 Colchester Avenue, Burlington, VT 05401.
