WOODBRIDGE, CT — The National Weather Service has continued the Blizzard Warning for Bethany and Woodbridge, and a Hazardous Weather Outlook remains in effect on Tuesday.

Here we can expect about a foot of snow and sleet. Winds could gust to nearly 50 mph at times. Temperatures will hold at about 31 degrees, but will feel colder due to the winds. And Metro-North is suspending service starting at noon on Tuesday.

Tonight: Snow showers likely, mainly before 10pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 18. Wind chill values between 10 and 15. Blustery, with a west wind 14 to 22 mph, with gusts as high as 37 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.

Wednesday: Scattered snow showers, mainly after 11am. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 29. Wind chill values between 10 and 15. Northwest wind 11 to 14 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%.

Wednesday Night: Cloudy, then gradually becoming partly cloudy, with a low around 17. Wind chill values between 5 and 10. Northwest wind 10 to 13 mph.
