The following property transfers were recorded in the Town Clerk's Office at Bethany Town Hall.

61 Perkins Road sold on April 26 (date recorded) for $290,000.

56 Brooks Road sold on April 18 for $325,000.

66 Brooks Road sold on April 18 for $145,000.

275 Bear Hill Road sold on April 16 for $386,000.
