Here Are The 10 Most Dangerous Roads In Bethany And Woodbridge

BETHANY/WOODBRIDGE, CT — Bethany’s most dangerous roadway over the past four years is Route 69 with nearly 150 crashes. Woodbridge’s most dangerous roadway over the past four years is Route 15 with nearly 250 crashes.

The UConn Connecticut Crash Data Repository has crunched data from The Department of Public Safety and the state Department of Transportation.

These are Bethany's most dangerous roads and routes from the past four years:

There were six fatal Bethany crashes, one with suspected serious injuries and 77 with suspected minor injuries. Overall there were 397 crashes between 2015 and halfway through December 2018.

There were four fatal Woodbridge crashes, 25 with suspected serious injuries and 118 with suspected minor injuries. Overall there were 1,275 crashes between 2015 and halfway through December 2018.

There were more than 431,000 crashes crashes on Connecticut roads and highways between 2015 and Dec. 17, 2018, according to the repository. Of that 1,074 involved fatal injuries.
