The Bethany Planning and Zoning Commission has been in the process of revising the Zoning Regulations. You will find a copy of the draft Zoning Regulations with a copy of a summary of the revisions below and also a hard copy at the Clark Memorial Library for your review.

The Planning and Zoning Commission has scheduled a public hearing on the revised Zoning Regulations for Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Gymnasium of the Bethany Town Hall, 40 Peck Road.

Your comments on the revised Zoning Regulations are welcome to be heard at the public hearing or submitted in writing for receipt into the public hearing record before January 15, 2020.
