Obituary: Jean Quinn Arpine, 93, of Woodbridge
Jean, loving and truly devoted to her family, worked in the administrative department of the Yale University Dining Services for many years.

WOODBRIDGE, CT - (From Sisk Brothers Funeral Home) Jean Quinn Arpine, 93, of Woodbridge entered peacefully into eternal rest, on February 11, 2021. She was born on April 17, 1927, the daughter of William and Frances Doolittle Quinn.
Jean was the wife of 60 years to the late Joseph Carl Arpine. She was predeceased by an infant daughter, Kathy, and her sister Harriette Lynch of Mebane, North Carolina.
Jean was the beloved mother of Mona (Louis) Criscuolo of North Haven, William (Benelyn) Arpine of Hamden, Christopher Arpine of New Windsor, NY, and Daria (John) Howard of Hamden.

She is survived by five grandchildren: Jessica Criscuolo (Gary Biros), Brett (Genevieve) Criscuolo, Jackson Arpine, Stefanie Howard (Cat Macari), Francesca (Demetrius) Macias, along with five great-grandchildren: Jacob Biros, Lucyanna, Mia Rae and Teddie Criscuolo, and Evangeline Macias.
Jean is also survived by her nieces, Debbie Lynch of Mebane, North Carolina and Karen Lynch of New York City.

Jean retired from the administrative department of Yale University Dining Services.
After retirement she worked alongside her husband, Joe, in his electrical contracting business.
Jean was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and a generous friend to all who knew her.
Her talents were plentiful. Jean could knock down a wall, rebuild it, wallpaper it, and refinish and reupholster every piece of furniture in the room. Her skills went outside the home, too - Jean was extremely proud of her beautiful gardens. Her energy had no limits.
Funeral services will be private. A memorial service for Jean will be held at a later date when social gathering will be safe for everyone. Sisk Brothers Funeral Home,3105 Whitney Ave., Hamden is in charge of arrangements.
