Obituary: Penny Lynn Ferraro, 50

NAUGATUCK – Penny Lynn Ferraro, 50, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at VITAS Inpatient Unit at St. Mary's Hospital.

Ms. Ferraro was born July 31, 1969, in Waterbury, daughter of Marlene Sullivan and the late Roy Nash. She worked for the Amity School System as a food service technician.

In addition to her mother, Penny is survived by her son, Andrew Ferraro, her daughter, Alissa Ferraro, her brothers, Alan, Sean, and Eric Nash, and her sister, Julie Ferry. She will also be missed by her longtime companion, Frank Bontempo, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Arrangements: A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday August 31, 2019 at 5:00 P.M. at the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Naugatuck, 201 Meadow Street, with visitation beginning at 3:00 P.M.
