- 27 Manila Ave., sold to 27 Manila Ave LLC by Maria A. and Anthony Ferrucci, $270,000.
- 504 Amity Road, sold to Vincent Canepari by Robert H. Schulz, $193,000.
- 255 Newtown Road, sold to Miya's LLC by James T. and Margaret C. Andreassi, $570,000.
- 12 Olde Country Road, sold to Robert S. II and Michelle McSherry by Thomas J. and Victoria S. Arkins, $1,162,000.
