Ladies Guild Service Awards 2021

The Ladies Guild is accepting applications for their 2021 Service Awards. All applicants must be graduating seniors who, after Confirmation, have given at least two years of service to or parish in one of the following areas:
Altar Server, Choir, Usher, Lector, Faith Formation Teacher, Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion

Applications may be found on the parish web site: assumptionchurch.com, in the back of the church, or by calling the Parish Office.

Completed applications must be received no later than April 30th.
