Our Lady of the Assumption Parish Community Vegetable Garden

WOODBRIDGE, CT - They're growing!

Thanks to all of the volunteers in Our Lady of the Assumption Roman Catholic church who have been tending the Parish Community Vegetable garden.

It won’t be long before they will be donating fresh vegetables to those in need.

Parishioners Jeana and Frank Richo recently asked that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the church in honor of their son Daniel, a parishioner and choir member. Daniel Richo's memorial Mass was celebrated at the church in May.

It has been suggested that the Community Garden be dedicated in memory of Daniel, an avid gardener.
