• Charges: 53a-173* Failure To Appear 2nd Degree
Police say, "On April 25, 2019 members of the Woodbridge Police Department served an active criminal re-arrest warrant for Joseph Council who was turned over to this Department by bail enforcement agents. Council was charged with 53a-173* Failure To Appear 2nd Degree. Council was unable to post his $2,000.00 court set bond and was transported to New Haven Superior Court on April 26, 2019 for his arraignment."

• Arrestee: Aaron Gibbs, age 48, of 248 South Colony Street Meriden, CT
• Charges: 14-227a Driving Under The Influence and 14-12(a)* Operating An Unregistered Motor Vehicle

Police say, "On April 30, 2019 members of the Woodbridge Police Department responded to a one car motor vehicle accident on Litchfield Tpke near Clark Road. Upon speaking with the vehicle’s operator Officers determined the operator, Aaron Gibbs, was operating his vehicle while impaired. Gibbs was charged with the above and released after posting a $500.00 bond. Upon his release Gibbs was issued a court date of May 14, 2019 in New Haven Superior Court for his arraignment."
