Nov. 1
Michael Moccia, 28, of 386 Drummond Rd, Orange was charged with disorderly conduct.
Amanda Connel, 24, of 140 Maureen St, Stratford, was charged with disorderly conduct and reckless driving.

Police Report:
On 11/01/13 at approximately 8:12 p.m. police responded to the parking lot of 1660 Litchfield Turnpike on a report of a dispute. Investigation determined that a dispute had transpired between Moccia and Connell and at one point Connell had driven her vehicle towards Moccia in a reckless manner. Both Moccia and Connell were arrested for the above charges, released on bond, and were given court appearance dates of 11/04/13 at New Haven Superior Court.

Nov. 5
Theodore Lipp, 47, of 6 Falcon Crest Dr, East Haven, was charged with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree larceny.
Police Report:
On 11/05/13 at approximately 11:45 a.m. police arrested Lipp on an outstanding arrest warrant. His arrest stems from the investigation of a night time burglary of a Bradley Road auto-detailing establishment which occurred in March 2013 when the suspect forced entry and stole tools. Lipp was identified after being caught on video surveillance footage inside the premises. Lipp was charged with the above crimes, was unable to post a $25,000, and was presented in New Haven Superior Court for arraignment the same day of his arrest. Â
