Branford's Matt Reale Honored With National 'Big 50 Award'

Matt Reale, owner of M.N. Reale Construction, was selected by REMODELING magazine as one of 50 owners nationally of its prestigious Big50 award, according to a prepared statement.

Since 1986, REMODELING – a national trade publication read by more than 130,000 professional remodeling contractors – has recognized owners who have set exceptionally high standards for professionalism and integrity through exemplary business practices, craftsmanship, and impact in their community or the industry at large. Big50 remodelers are selected for running successful companies that have taken the lead in raising industry standards.

“I am honored and humbled to be recognized among some many elite industry professionals, and thank Remodeling magazine for the recognition,” Matt Reale said in a prepared statement. “This honor would not be possible without the support of a remarkable team at M.N. Reale and, of course, without the trust and confidence we receive by our many residential and commercial clients. We work hard every day to deliver the highest quality for our clients, and not for awards, but receiving national recognition validates that we are doing right by our clients,” he added.

The Big50 awards were presented at a gala dinner at the Remodeling Leadership Conference in Washington, DC, on May 7, and winners are featured in the May issue of REMODELING.

The Big50 selection process has become increasingly rigorous in recent years, and the result, REMODELING editors believe, is one of the strongest classes to date. “Uniting the 2015 inductees are high standards and a determination to excel — taking the opportunity to build efficiencies into their systems and processes— ensuring that they are poised to meet their sales, production, and customer-service goals and continue to thrive,” according to REMODELING.

Following a lengthy evaluation and interview process, the editors select the 50 individuals who exemplify the best of the industry that year, and who have something to offer other remodelers in proven practices.
