New Moderate Income Apartments Could Come to Branford

BRANFORD--A new, moderate-income apartment complex could soon be coming to Branford.

According to a report in The Branford Eagle, the Branford Planning and Zoning Commission is reviewing plans for the proposed project.

The plans would turn two current office building on Summit Place into a 35-unit, apartment complex, The Eagle reports. Seven of the 35 would be moderate income.

Summit Place would become the first spot in town with the new Housing Overlay District designation, The Eagle reports.
