Black Rock's Donut Crazy Closes: Report
The donut shop shared a location with a Vietnamese restaurant in the heart of Black Rock.
BRIDGEPORT, CT — A Black Rock favorite has left the neighborhood, reports the Connecticut Post. Donut Crazy has departed it's half of the space shared with Nom-Eez, in order to focus on its brand.
Not to fear, Nom-Eez is in its Fairfield Avenue location, and the Donut shop still has locations in Stratford, Westport, Shelton and New Haven. Owner Jason Wojnarowski said the decision was made to focus on locations with the space to sell all of Donut Crazy's donuts.
Wojnarowski did not rule out a return to Bridgeport, but said the shared location posed challenges for the shop.
