Bomb Threat Evacuates Bridgeport Train Station
Officials are advising residents to avoid the area.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — The Bridgeport Train Station has been evacuated due to a bomb threat, according to officials.
Officials said the Bridgeport police and fire departments, along with the MTA, are at the train station to “assess the validity of the call.”

A man called Bridgeport ECC around 9:50 a.m. saying a bomb will go off at the Bridgeport Train Station in 10 minutes, according to police.
Police said the building is being evacuated as a precaution.
