Bridgeport Industrial Property Sells For $950,000
A Norwalk company is relocating operations to a Bridgeport site.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — A free-standing industrial building at 153 Dewey St. has been sold for $950,000, according to a statement from Angel Commercial. A to Z Rentals & Sales had occupied the building for 14 years.
The new owner will be Perry Pools & Spas, which has purchased the building and will relocate operations in Norwalk to this location. Founded in 1969, Perry Pools & Spas provide swimming pool and spa construction, servicing, and repairs.
The .52 acre-plot is on the corner of Dewey Street and Salt Street in a light industrial zone. The 6,380 square-foot commercial building has three drive-in doors and a fully-fenced parking area.
