Bridgeport St. Patrick's Day Parade is Tuesday, March 17, 2020
Thousands Expected to March in Annual Parade

The Greater Bridgeport St. Patrick’s Day Celebration Committee announced its annual parade will begin on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at noon at Broad Street by the Webster Bank Arena. The procession will march north to Fairfield Avenue, turn east and return to the Arena along Main Street with a reviewing stand across from the Barnum Museum. It will be led by 2020 Grand Marshal Mary Ann Doonan in a horse and buggy.
Before the march begins, the Rev. Frank Joseph Caggiano, the Bishop of Bridgeport, will say Mass at 8:30 a.m. at the Saint Augustine Cathedral at 359 Washington Ave., Bridgeport. The Lauralton Hall Choir will be the featured singers. It will be followed by a Flag Raising Ceremony at Old City Hall at 9:45 AM at 45 Lyon Terrace. The Grand Marshal's Breakfast honoring Doonan is at the Bridgeport Holiday Inn. Tickets are $25.
Following the parade is the Post Parade Luncheon back at the Holiday Inn featuring a corned beef buffet. Tickets are $30 per person. For reservations, visit the parade's website at http://stpatricksdaybridgeport...
