City Council President Nieves Sings for Beardsley School

Bridgeport City Council President Aideee Nieves and past Presidents Thomas McCarthy and Lisa Parziale will be leading a group of current and past City Council Members in support of an arts program at Beardsley School. The special benefit featuring Karaoke will be held at The German Club in Bridgeport. Professional DJ Leigh Henry, will be hosting Friday Night Karaoke to for a Cause on February 1, 2019 from 6:30 PM to 10 PM. Henry has a song library of over 25,000 tunes in English and Spanish! This event is open to the public. Admission is $5 to support the Beardsley School Art Program run by City Lights Gallery according to Executive Director Suzanne Kachmar.

McCarthy will be joined by City Council Members Kyle Langan and Jeanette Herron. Plus City Council Alumni Anthony Paoletta, Susan Brannelly Martin, Scott Burns and John Brannelly will be singing along.

Delicious Pub Menu is offered featuring dinner specials by Chef Janice Baker D'Agostino. Great pub grub like nachos, roast beef sandwiches, cheeseburgers and chicken tenders. Drink specials by Bartender John like $2 Draft Pints of Beer. There will be raffle prizes including gift certificates for restaurants, the Beardsley Zoo and wine. Come and join the fun and support a good cause.
