Harding Outfielder Makes SportsCenter Top 10 With Stunning Diving Catch
He risked his body to make the catch, and the risk paid dividends.

WESTPORT, CT — When a screaming line drive was hit in his direction, Warren Harding High School outfielder Josh Garcia knew he had to risk his body to help his team. Diving with his body nearly parallel to the Staples High School grass, and got just enough leather on the Texas leaguer to make a miraculous snowcone catch.
Garcia's calculated risk paid off in more ways than one. Not only did he rob Staples' Harry Azadian of a extra-base hit, but video his diving catch was picked up by ESPN. Furthermore, the network included Garcia's play in their famous Top 10 plays at No. 3. To sign up for Bridgeport breaking news alerts and more, click here.
