Local United Way Donates 5,000 Masks to Park City Initiative
Masks to be distributed to families by Bishop Jean Williams Food Pantry
United Way of Coastal Fairfield County recently donated 5,000 KN-95 Masks to Park City Initiative. Despite relaxed guidelines by the CDC, masks are needed by local seniors, parents with unvaccinated children, workers in the public eye, and those with compromised immune systems.
The masks will be issued to families by the Bishop Jean Williams Food Pantry, which serves over 450 families per week.
The donation was made possible by Yale New Haven Health.
