No Pool Tables At Bridgeport's 19th Hole, For Now: Report
The owner has announced her decision to appeal the ruling.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — A 40-year-old restaurant and pub may not be allowed to have pool tables. The Connecticut Post reports the 19th Hole, located on Brooklawn Avenue near the Brooklawn Country Club, will not be allowed to have pool tables after a Superior Court judge upheld the city's Planning and Zoning Commission's decision to deny the restaurant a special permit for the tables.
Owner Suzanne Studioso said she would appeal the decision, saying she is "the only one in the city of Bridgeport required to have a special permit for pool tables."
Studioso applied for the permit in October of 2016, but neighbors nearby argued the pool tables would attract more crime to the area. In addition, neighbors argued traffic would be impacted.
