
Hartford HealthCare is hosting special vaccine clinics for the deaf today, Wednesday, May 19, and Saturday, May 22. Events are being held today in Hartford and Wallingford, and Saturday in Ledyard and Bridgeport.
The clinic in Hartford will be at the Connecticut Convention Center. The clinic in Wallingford will be at the Oakdale Theatre, both will be from 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
On Saturday, May 22, clinics will be held at Foxwoods Resort Casino, in the Rainmaker parking garage and at Sacred Heart University, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Two sign language interpreters will be provided at each clinic and Hartford HealthCare staff will be provided with clear face masks for lip reading.
The Pfizer vaccine will be offered at all clinics, so children ages 12 and older can receive the vaccines with their parents.
