Did we mention the art exhibits? Pandemic Art and Here Comes the Sun

These companion exhibits offer an opportunity to acknowledge and process the year of Covid19 and also inspire us to adapt to the new normal. Art ranges from sardonic art quilts and drawings to ambitious architectural constructions and quirky assemblage. The exhibits, locations, music, and vendors create a perfect little staycation day in downtown Bridgeport. Although we are embracing getting back together again, please respect the protocol. Face masks are required indoors. We will manage indoor occupancy restrictions to keep us all safe.

SOMETHING EXTRA SPECIAL! A never before seen piece by Dalton Ghetti is on view at City Lights gallery. No photographs of this astonishing carving are available. It can only be seen in person at City Lights Gallery 265 Golden Hill St. Also, meet exhibiting artists Scott Schuldt, and Carlos Bautista Biernnay at City Lights.

The ARTcade Downtown Arts project is a collaboration of City Lights/Bridgeport Art Trail, Ursa Gallery, Ricardo Reyes/Savor City Buskers, Downtown Special Services District and Wpkn radio, 89.5 fm.
