Observance in some communities of Yom Kippur, the holiest day of the year in Judaism, led to a second straight day of limited high school varsity sports action taking place Wednesday in Patch towns throughout Fairfield and Litchfield counties. Here are the day's results, as reported to the CIAC (note: games whose scores are not posted on the CIAC web site are not included here).
