1051 Peck Ln., $245,000 from Jeanne Murphy to Linda Slay on Oct. 4.

315 Highland Ave. Unit 101, $100,000 from David Winters to 315 Highland Ave Cheshire LLC on Aug. 29.

1106 Pamela Ln., $310,000 from Trustee of the Linda M. Michaels Living Trust to Min Cacho on Oct. 12.
