Plans Pulled For New Apartment Building In Cheshire
A developer has pulled plans to build apartments at the site of a former gas station in Cheshire.
CHESHIRE, CT — Plans to build a seven-unit apartment building at the site of a dilapidated former gas station in Cheshire have been abandoned by the developer, according to the New Haven Register.
The Register reported the Planning and Zoning Commission approved plans earlier this year to build the apartments at the intersection of Higgins Road and Route 10 in Cheshire, but the developer decided not to move forward with the project.
The property, which has been cleaned up by the owner, is back on the market, according to the Register.
