St. Bridget School in Cheshire Wins Soccer Championship
The co-ed soccer team finished with a 9-3 record
A strong season was enjoyed by St. Bridget School's co-ed soccer team which won the Greater New Haven Athletic Parochial League Championship last week.
The team defeated St. Thomas School of Southington in the finals with a 4-0 score on Nov. 9, according to a news release.
The team, coached by Mr. Nelson Alino, had an outstanding 2011 season with a 9-3 record.
