The Cheshire Town Council will hold a special meeting at 7 p.m. in the Town Hall Council Chambers.
The Cheshire Board of Education Finance Committee meets at 7:30 p.m. at Dodd Middle School, when the Superintendent of Schools will present the proposed 2014-15 school budget.
The Cheshire Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Commission meets at 7:30 p.m. in room 207 at Cheshire Town Hall.
Wednesday, Jan. 8:
The Cheshire Chapter of BNI, Business Networking International meets at 7 a.m. at Oasis Church, 176 Sandbank Road, Cheshire.
The Cheshire Historic District Commission meets at 7:30 p.m. in room 209 in Cheshire Town Hall.
The Cheshire Parks and Recreation Commission meets at 7 p.m. at the Youth Center.
The Public Safety Commission meets at 7:20 p.m. in room 210 at Cheshire Town Hall.
Thursday, Jan. 9:
