Monday, Dec. 2:

— The Cheshire Historic District Commission meets at 7:30 p.m. in room 210 at Cheshire Town Hall. Find the agenda here.


Tuesday, Dec. 3:

— The Cheshire Town Council will hold its organizational meeting at 7 p.m. at Cheshire Town Hall Council Chambers. Find the agenda here.

— The Inland Wetlands Commission meets at 7:30 p.m. in room 209 at Cheshire Town Hall. Find the agenda here.


Wednesday, Dec. 4


— The Funky Monkey at 130 Elm St will host Holiday Hump Day Arts Boutique from 3 to 9 p.m. that will feature interesting, eclectic, locally handcrafted jewelry, upcycled steampunk/vintage, handmade scarves, AngelRox, pottery, art tees & buttons, prints, buttons, Funky Monkey flasks, accessories and more. 

— Elle Salon and Spa at 471 West Main St. invites the community to 
join them at 5 p.m. for an evening of complimentary wine & hor d'oeuvres, exclusive discounts, raffle prizes and complimentary salon/spa services to celebrate its 10th anniversary.
 

Thursday, Dec. 5:

— Learn to make chocolates for the holidays at the Cheshire Public Library. Although the program is free and open to the public, pre-registration is necessary, as attendance is limited to 50 participants. Register on line at www.cheshirelibrary.com or call the library at (203) 272-2245.


Saturday, Dec. 7:

— The Cheshire Community Chorus will hold its Holiday Concert at 7 p.m. at Dodd Middle School, 100 Park Place. The event is free and open to the public.
