OLD SAYBROOK, CT – Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, today announced that Richard Lombardo of the Milford Pearce Real Estate Commercial office sold a 31,000 sf industrial building at 167-1 Elm Street in Old Saybrook for $640,000.

The location was the site of the former Pye Hogan Manufacturing Company. The building currently is being utilized as a multi- tenant facility, managed by the Fernwood Realty LLC firm. Mr. Lombardo was instrumental in bringing 5 tenants into the facility and is the agent for the seller, Jeff Woods, Principal of Fernwood Realty LLC. Norm Peck of Pequot Commercial was the agent for the buyer, 181 Cross Road LLC. The principals purchased the building for an investment.
