Seeking Roommate to share centrally located Clinton Apartment

Hello, I am looking for a roommate to share a second floor, two bedroom apartment in a two family house. The move in date is between April 1 and April 15. My current roommate is moving out.

I am a SWF in my mid-twenties with a full time job. I do have two cats. They are very shy and won’t bother you (unless you like cats and want to interact with them, in which case they will eventually get used to you).

I would like a reliable, clean and friendly roommate with Good Credit. Rent is $550 a month plus utilities and cable, which are a little less than $100 per person a month. The apartment is open and light with a shared kitchen and living space. The available bedroom gets lots of light and faces the front yard. The back yard is large and fenced. There is a deck on the back (I have a grill), a garden, and storage space in the basement. There is one parking spot per person with room for visitors. It is a quiet street, though very close to the main area of Clinton.
