Danbury Branch Line To Resume On Metro-North

No cash will be accepted on board the trains, and masks will be required.

DANBURY, CT — Effective Monday, July 13, train service will resume on the Danbury Branch line of the Metro-North railroad.

Metro-North replaced the rail service with buses on May 16 to allow for track work and other improvements.

The earliest train leaving Danbury during the work-week will be the 5:08, which will arrive at Grand Central Terminal at 7:19. On weekends, the earliest train out will be 7:33, arriving at GCT at 9:50.
