Danbury Police charged Edwin Marrero, 40, Oakland Avenue, Danbury, with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful restraint, failure to obey the signal of a police officer, reckless driving and driving without a license, at 12:26 a.m. Sunday.
Marrero was held on a $10,000 bond for an arraignment scheduled for Tuesday in Danbury Superior Court.
