Danbury Police: Carrying a Pistol while Intoxicated

A Danbury man charged with carrying a pistol while intoxicated early Saturday morning was also charged with threatening and reckless endangerment.

Danbury Police charged Ryan Tomas, 22, of Southern Boulevard, Danbury, with carrying a pistol while intoxicated, second-degree threatening, reckless endangerment, and breach of peace at seven minutes after midnight Saturday morning. Tomas was released on a $5,000 bond for an appearance scheduled in Danbury Superior Court on Oct. 11.

This information was provided by the Danbury Police Department. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.
