Danbury Police charged Renen Cerci, 21, of Danbury, with failing to drive in the proper lane. He was also charged with driving under the influence and with operating a motor vehicle with an out of state driver's license beyond 30 days. Cerci was held on a $1,500 bond. Police stopped Cerci at about 3:38 a.m. after seeing him drive outside the established lane.
