Danbury Police extradited Sergio Juanacio Saturday at 9 p.m. from Cook County Jail, Chicago, back to Danbury, on three counts of first-degree sexual assault, three counts of risk of injury to a minor and three counts of risk of injury. This was a warrant arrest, and Juanacio is scheduled to be arraigned Monday. He is being held on a $200,000 bond.
This information was provided by the Danbury Police Department. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.
