What’s the most difficult moment or challenge you’ve faced as a business owner?

The most challenging aspect I face as a business owner is coming to the realization that I cannot help every person that walks into my practice.

Were there any challenges that made you second guess your decision to be an entrepreneur?

Being a new business owner during the most volatile time in healthcare I guess you could say would make me second guess my decision. That being said, I love being a chiropractor and do not regret my decision for one moment.

What’s been your favorite moment or proudest achievement since opening?

My favorite moment was knowing that I have the full support and confidence of my family and fantastic staff. Knowing that they truly want to be a part of this practice and help support and serve this community is something I will never forget.

How do you deal with difficult customers?

It is very important to have a trusting doctor-patient relationship. If I am not able to make that connection with a patient through discussing their concerns than I will do my best to find the appropriate practitioner who will better serve that particular individual.

How does your business give back or get involved in the community?

We provide educational and wellness workshops for people at many businesses, schools and organizations in the community. These presentations include specific techniques on how to have more energy, prevent on-the-job injuries and improve overall health and productivity. Each workshop is approximately 45 minutes in length and there is no fee involved. We also hold food drives during the holiday seasons for those less fortunate in our area.
