Danbury declared a Level 1 snow emergency Saturday asking all drivers to not park on city streets to give city workers a better chance to clear the snow.
"Driving is extremely difficult," said Danbury Mayor Mark Boughton in a robocall alerting residents to the Level 1 snow emergency, which leads to a ban on parking on city streets.
