Lauren Freedman Is No. 1 Agent At Coldwell Banker Realty In Connecticut And Westchester County, New York For 2020

BRANFORD, CONN. (April 2, 2021) – Coldwell Banker Realty in Connecticut and Westchester County, New York is pleased to announce that Lauren Freedman, a real estate agent affiliated with the company’s Branford office, was the No. 1 agent in the company for 2020, based on gross commission income and total units sold.
Freedman has been recognized with the Coldwell Banker Realty International Society of Excellence award based on her 2020 sales achievements. This award, the highest honor in the company, is presented to less than half of the top 1% of approximately 96,000 Coldwell Banker Realty agents internationally.

Freedman has earned numerous accolades during her 11 years in the real estate business, serving home buyers and sellers in the New Haven shoreline area. She has been the No. 1 real estate agent in the Coldwell Banker Realty office in Branford since 2015 and currently ranks as the No. 1 real estate agent in the towns of Branford, North Haven and East Haven. Since starting her career at the age of 20, Freedman has climbed the ranks to become a top-producing real estate agent in her market with millions of dollars sold in closed transactions.
Among her many accolades, Freedman has been named twice to the Coldwell Banker “30 Under 30” and recognized as one of the Top 250 real estate agents in the United States in the REAL Trends “The Thousand” report published in “The Wall Street Journal.” She has garnered top agent honors from New Haven Living Magazine and the New Haven Middlesex Association of Realtors.

Freedman has earned professional designations as an Associate Broker, Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Property Specialist and Graduate, Realtor Institute.
